well its quite simple. put your cd into the computer disc drive. then on itunes it will show the contents of the cd. Make a new playlist off the file menu then transfer the songs by clicking and dragging them to your new playlist on the left hand side menu. when finished connect your ipod and drag the playlist to your ipod picture on the lefthand side and your ipod will update and should conatin the cd. upload the CD to your iTunes, and then to your iPod. albumbase.com, but make sure to sign up and when they ask you your cell phone number just give it, they won%26#39;t charge you.
