When you connect the the Music Xpress make sure to use it as a data storage. Then open up the folder as if you were going to transfer music. This way you can transfer your music from iTunes and Windows Media Player. It will take around 10-30 seconds per song
You can connect your xpress music as a mp3 player and just sync it as you would regulary using your Windows Media Player. This is a lot faster but it only works with the window media player.
You should buy this product underneath. It has storage for about 500 songs and you get the adapeter for you memory. This is great because you save your pics to you memory and you can then transfer them to you computer.
