How do I transfer all my music from 2 other programs I have on my computer?

I have windows media player and Sonicstage.

I recently added itunes.

Now how do I get all the music from Sonicstage %26 Windows Media Player to itunes?

My shared folder is a mess. I have like 4 different folders with music in em%26#39;

what do i do?

open up itunes then open up your shared folder(s) on the upper left hand corner of itunes there will be a tool bar the first item in there will say Library .Click on Music then Highlight what you want in your shared folder then drag it into the Itunes folder. and then BAM!
