How do I put music on my ipod?

There are songs that are already on there and I was told to put it on manual so that it wouldn%26#39;t sync and delete the ones already on there. I did that and I downloaded itunes, but how do I actually put the songs on the Ipod? please help!

Answers:

You go to the Music folder in iTunes should be the top item in the light blue, left-side panel. Then you simply click on the songs you want to put on there (click a song then press shift and click another song to select all in between and/or hold ctrl and click on multiple songs) then drag them over to the little iPod logo. It is also on the left-side panel. Also be sure to manually eject the iPod by hitting the eject button just to the right of the little iPod logo. just plug in the ipod with ur usb cord into the usb port in ur comp. and it wil do the rest auto you click and hold on to the song.and then u drag it to where it says so and sos ipod ok, on put songs on u ituns, then plug in you ipod in to ur computer then on ur itunes ur ipod will show up, then u go to the music on ur i tunes then drag them to ur ipod which should show on ur left Ok, once you get your songs on ITunes plug in your IPod into your computer with the USB cord. Then ITunes will pop up and you will see your IPod in the side list. Then go to your music library and you can just drag and drop them into your IPod. Hope that helps! Have fun with your IPod!
