How do you fix an IPOD NANO generation 2 that fell in water?

my brother had his nano in his pocket when he jumped into a lake. it was under water for probably 15 minutes. anybody know what we should do?

i tried holding down the middle %26 top..%26 the middle %26 bottom

you can try buying a new one.that will probably make it work chances are, its toast. :[

you can try drying it out, and if he had to protective plan on it, check it out and see if apple fixes things like that.
