I have a ipod nano(4GB) and I want to transfer my songs on limewire to itunes so I can put it on my ipod. When I connect my ipod to my computer itunes comes up and then I see my limewire tunes there, but I can%26#39;t drag the songs into my music library on itunes, and suggestions?

Make sure you have limewire and iTunes open
You click the song you want, from limewire to make it highlighted then you will click it again to "grasp%26#39; it
then you simply remain your grasp click on the song (you will see a symbol..the one that represents a circle with a diagonal line through it) then you will drag it to your itunes library there should..you will know it is going to work because the circle symbol will change to two boxes..touching each other (one sketched) then just release the mouse click and it should load into iTunes
..keep an eye on how many songs you have in your iTunes before you add the song, and then after to see if it increases.
also you can add more than one limewire songs by adding all your songs to the "Enqueue" in limewire
and then highlight them all by clicking "Ctrl" + "A" and draging them into iTunes like before try opening limewire and drag your song to itunes before you plug in your ipod it should work if its in an MP3 or 4 format you can e-mail me if you wish i could help you more There are 2 ways to do it
1. Open the limewire folder where the music is held (you know the library) and right click each music file and select open with- Itunes. That%26#39;ll do it.
2. In itunes to file and find the search or open with button... whatever it is and select the music files that way. I suggest moving the music files to a desktop folder first though.
The first way is better but kinda time consuming. Save the file in a specific folder, then in iTunes, import file or folder. The new audio track will appear in iTunes. After it is imported drop the song into playlist or iPod.
