How do I record images off my computer and transfer to an ipod? I want to record myself playing a vi

I love the "print screen" button on my computer which lets me save a screen-shot.

What about a feature that lets me "record" either the whole screen (or preferably a 300x400 area in bottom right corner).

record an image? Or a video if you want an image of you go to Itunes and go to photos then upload it and sync your ipod...
