The Yahoo Jukebox CD that came with the OPAL also has Video converting software on it. You can convert .wmv pretty easily, but other video formats seem to give, my OPAL at least, problems. I want to know how you got your computer to even recognize your OPAL because mine will only be recognized sporadically, even though it%26#39;s always plugged in. Hope this helps.
