from what I know; you have to send it to apple.
and if it%26#39;s under the warranty and holds less than I think 50% of power they replace it for free.
and if not I think it%26#39;s like $60 dollars.
or something like that... you either have to send it to a third party service repair center, or send it to apple (both cost $$$$) iPods are chargeable. They don%26#39;t need batteries unless the charge doesn%26#39;t hold at all.
