How do i transfer my iPod songs to my creative Zen Vision: M?!?

I have about 2448 songs on my iPod and i just bought a new Zen Vision:M. iPod only plays AAC and mp4 types of music. How is it possible to transfer all the songs from itunes to my new Creative Zen vision?
