How do you sync certain songs from your itunes library onto your ipod?

you can only have one library. but i have some songs in my library that i don%26#39;t want to delete (they belong to my brother) but some particular songs i want to put on my ipod. when i check those little boxes beside the songs, it still loads all the songs. or do you just have to delete them after the entire library loads onto your ipod? thnks for your help.

First off you need to check the box that says "manually manage or configure your music or I-pod".Then you can open up the music library and then drag each song one by one to where it says your name. That should do it. you can make a playlist then in your ipod settings from itunes select that playlist and deselect the library playlist.or it could be that in your ipod settings you hvnt ticked the ticked songs only box
