If you saved the installer when you downloaded it the first time, uninstall itunes and then reinstall it from your saved file.
If you are on an apple computer and used their update service I think you have to redownload it. This time don%26#39;t use the update but go to the apple site and find the file for download so you can save it for later if you need to reinstall again.
