How do you add videos to ipod?

I just bought a 30gb video ipod and was wondering how to add videos onto it. I dowloaded 3 or 4 videos from limewire but i dont know how to put them on itunes and then on my ipod from there. I need a lot of help. so how do you add videos to the ipod? plz and thank you.
