itunes needs to appear for you to add more tracks when you plug in the shuffle into the computer, it should show up on the left side of itunes, right above the various playlists. click on the ipod%26#39;s name and the songs should appear. if the song is there, then it%26#39;s on the ipod. if it%26#39;s not, then you might have to drag the songs wanted onto the ipod from the library to the ipod%26#39;s name.
