How do you charge the ipod shuffle?

my ipod keeps flashig the orange and its been chareing over nite. what to do..im not understanding!!

put in usb drive to charge or buy a dock

new one (square multi colors):

let it charge thru the usb drive in ur computer or buy a dock. thw only difference is that the new shuffle doesnt go in thru the usb it has a cord not just a usb outlet in there through your computer...plug it in the USB place it on the dock and leave it there for a day. it may still be flashing orange, but if you do not touch it, it will eventually turn green. if the button stays orange, then just use it as it is fully chaarged, and is not displaying it.

Here in India, charger is available for Rs. 300/- only. If you have the 1st gen then just insert the USB into a USB port. 2nd gen needs to have the cord. It should trake 4 hours the first time you use it and then 2 hours after that.
